The results are perfect protagonists that exist in interaction with each other and constantly optimise themselves.

As a result, a central thought has emerged in our minds: If we celebrate the perfection, intelligence and beauty of nature and take it as our model, many acts derive from it.

From the homeland solidarity of Prolicht to its head office in Tyrol and the mountain landscape in the background, woods, meadows and several ponds in its immediate surrounding, clear consequences result for the leadership of the enterprise.

From product engineering and design to the prototyping and manufacturing of state-of-the-art LED luminaires, LED Luks adopts only the best components and latest technology to satisfy clients’ needs and guarantee long lasting quality as well as a steady growth. Carefully selected LEDs, PCB boards of our own design, and close collaboration with many testing institutes ensure that the luminaires feature excellent functionality and a high standard of reliability when it comes to operation and colour consistency. Our luminaires fall within at least 3-step MacAdams ellipse, which means a barely visible color difference between fixtures and production runs and a reliable color consistency over time and among fixtures installed at different times.

Our first notable success was in developing our Quad 50 range of architectural downlights, which proved to be hugely popular with lighting designers around the world. Our Origin family of downlights, uplights and spots took things a step further by offering even better colour rendering for richer reds and truer whites (CRI: 98 & R9: 99).

In 2020, we achieved our most beautiful lit effect yet with the launch of Origin Natural. Thanks to its unique phosphor blend, our new engine delivers an RF of 98 and RG of 100, resulting in a greater definition and distinction between colours and textures, as well as a marked improvement in the cyan spectrum.

Mike Stoane Lighting was founded in 1995, when Mike started making lights on a lathe in his lock-up in Edinburgh. We have outgrown the lock-up now but our lights are still made by us, in Scotland.

BRICK IN THE WALL® developed it’s own CALCYT® plaster with amazing characteristics. CALCYT® is a high density, heat and fire resistant, next genera- tion plaster, with optimal hardness and light reflexion properties. Our continuous research results in the production of CALCYT® fittings without air holes, assuring no cracks after installation.

Our range of light fixtures offers a truly trimless solution. The absence of a metal frame is not only aesthetically pleasing. Since CALCYT® plaster fittings share the same thermal expansion characteristics as regular plaster or plasterboard, it also ensures stable, high quality installations that remain free of plaster cracks. You should come and look at some of the installations that we did 17 years ago!

Due to it’s thermal resistance, CALCYT® fittings are suitable for many different light sources. The snow white CALCYT® fittings can easily be painted in the colour of your wall or ceiling! But at the same token, you could try a finish with wall paper, gold leaf, or tadelakt. This facilitates the seamless integration of our borderless CALCYT® fittings into each and every interior. And if you decide to redecorate the place in a number of years, our light fixtures will just adapt to your new desires. And for outdoor applycations Brick In The Wall developped the through and through water resistant CALCYT+®.
